      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day operations within relevant support functions to meet established goals and regulatory compliance
      - Lead functional and cross-functional internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
      - Provide accurate project status and financial information within relevant tracking systems
      - Proactively identify and escalate issues related to functional deliverables
      - Manage functional budgets and resources, overseeing related components of trials or support functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree with 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical-related drug development or equivalent experience
      - Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, including multi-center, global trials
      - Proven project management skills and leadership ability
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Minimal travel (10-15%) required

      - Experience in the global clinical trial space
      - Experience working cross-functionally and with external providers
      - Experience with the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
