What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Submit and track Contract Requests for HCP and vendor agreements
- Assist in completing HCP invoices and track payments
- Liaise with internal partners for managing contracting and fair market value reporting
- Facilitate HCP travel and logistics as required
- Ensure compliance with procurement and contracting policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Within3)
