What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and third parties to secure favorable terms
- Draft, review, and revise contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and organizational policies, particularly regarding government contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the corporate legal team to align contract terms with organizational goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management with a focus on complex contracts, preferably in Aerospace and Defense
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
