What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution and renewal
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and other third parties
- Draft, review, and revise contracts ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, particularly for government contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with organizational goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management, preferably in Aerospace and Defense contracts
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
