What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead marketing strategies and campaigns for the co-branded credit card program across various channels
- Facilitate discussions between the employer and partners regarding strategy and tactical components of the program
- Develop training documents and assist with training for inflight staff on the co-branded card
- Manage the approval process for all co-branded card communication materials
- Oversee production and distribution of marketing materials to ensure timely delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or communications
- Knowledge of airline and credit card marketing, as well as frequent flyer program rules
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with HTML, SQL, or JSON coding
- Strong corporate vendor development and relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
