What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the national email fundraising program, focusing on donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrades
- Assist with national direct response fundraising campaigns and digital channel strategy
- Support digital advertising and social media fundraising efforts, ensuring program growth and success
- Create and manage campaigns using the Classy platform, including landing pages and donation forms
- Collaborate with marketing and fundraising teams to enhance integrated donor journeys and improve key performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital fundraising, communications, or non-profit management
- Strong expertise in email marketing and familiarity with Salesforce Email Enterprise
- Proficiency in graphic design software and experience in creating visually compelling content
- Experience with relational databases and statistical data analysis
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal
