Job Description
- Req#: 5813794
- Provide email and phone support as the initial point of contact for guests regarding ticketing, seating, payments, RSVPs, and additional event-related questions.
- CRM data entry and cleanup, including the creation of ticket requests; contact and guest updates; payment updates; and digital ticket distribution.
- Track and follow up on RSVPs for events by pulling reports from CRM and reaching out to guests by phone or email to gather and confirm their information is correct.
- Work closely with IT to assist with the implementation of best practices in data management and digital ticket distribution, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.
- Work closely Member Relations to capture accurate attendee data and RSVPs.
- Support and assist with CRM and digital ticketing component for day-of event check-in and guest relations for Awards-related events, including the Governors Awards, Oscars Nominees Luncheon, Oscars, Governors Ball, and other events as needed.
- Other duties and special projects as needed.
Temporary position: October 2023 to March 2024
Job Summary:
