What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, develop, and create original copy tailored to specific audience personas
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align on campaign goals and messaging
- Edit and enhance other writers’ work and existing content for quality and effectiveness
- Incorporate SEO principles into content to improve visibility and engagement
- Mentor junior copywriters and support the overall improvement of the team’s output
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, PR, English, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience with a focus on fintech
- Exceptional communication, creative writing, and editing skills
- Proven portfolio showcasing writing abilities and proficiency
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality content efficiently across various formats
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with project management software for content planning and delivery
- Experience in mentoring or training other writers
- Knowledge of the fintech industry and emerging trends
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
