  The Senior Copywriter creates engaging content aligned with the company's brand voice and channel manager strategies and takes the lead in crafting memorable concepts for prospects, members and influencers. The Senior Copywriter works on various creative projects such as scripts for videos, copy for email campaigns, website pages, ads and sales materials. The Senior Copywriter collaborates with the Marketing team to produce compelling content for campaigns supporting the credit union.

  What you will do here: Write scripts for short videos for social networks or broadcast commercials. Develop concept-driven creative ideas and solutions for strategic marketing integrated campaigns across media channels including email campaigns, digital landing pages, digital banner ads, print ads, sales materials, infographics, and calls to action. Create relevant and meaningful content for specific consumer segments.

  Work with the creative team and Marketing to develop clear and compelling conceptual solutions based on a deep understanding of our products, services and target audiences that drive business success. Synthesize and incorporate input from different stakeholders to create a final product. Present fresh ideas and new concepts to Marketing leaders, team members, stakeholders, and internal clients of all levels.

  Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and deliver consistently high-quality copy within established and tight timelines.

  Communicate ideas to designers to organize complex information in a way that’s easy for readers to digest.

  Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  What you will need:

  Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  5+ years of copywriting and/or professional-level writing experience required.

  Experience working on both small (1-14 deliverables) and large-scale projects (15+ deliverables) in a team environment required.

  Excellent attention to detail and extremely organized with ability to handle multiple deadlines in a highly fluid environment required.

  Write effective SEO copy for websites and blogs required.

  Write effective headlines (blogs and landing pages and CTAs that drive results) required.

  Create big ideas and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to get those ideas produced required.

  Strong communicator who can work with designers and marketing team members professionally and tactfully required.

  Creative problem-solver with ability to foster and develop ideas required.
