      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, negotiate, structure, and review a broad range of technology and commercial transactions
      - Drive significant transaction volume from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment
      - Identify and communicate legal and business risks and issues with internal stakeholders
      - Analyze and advise on complex issues related to technology development and partnerships
      - Assist with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - JD from a top-tier law school
      - Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. state
      - 8+ years of experience at a top-tier or Am Law 100 law firm or in-house
      - Minimum of 3+ years spent at a top-tier or Am Law 100 law firm
      - Ability to clearly and concisely draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with product counseling, intellectual property, and navigating privacy and regulatory issues
      - Proven ability to balance risks and opportunities in a business setting
