      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the management of the employer’s global legal entities’ governance, including responding to information requests and ensuring legal compliance
      - Maintain an information database of companies within the organization, leading trainings and performing annual audits
      - Prepare and review legal entity formation and compliance documentation, including mergers and dissolutions
      - Improve document review and execution processes, coordinating with finance, tax, and legal personnel
      - Support treasury and tax functions with legal reviews of various requests and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of experience with a high school diploma
      - Proficiency in computer systems and programs such as Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
      - 1+ years of experience in corporate governance and legal entity management requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience using legal entity management systems, such as hCue, Diligent Entities, and GEMs
