What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for cost-related activities on assigned programs
- Develop various cost estimating products, including Lifecycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE)
- Conduct data collection, model development, and risk analysis for cost evaluations
- Actively participate in technical working groups with engineering and acquisition teams
- Manage customer relationships and expectations throughout project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in government program cost estimation roles
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Business, or Finance
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS products
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for interpreting complex data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on Federal Aviation Administration programs
- Involvement with the government acquisition process
- Proficiency in cost estimating and risk tools such as Crystal Ball, @Risk, SEER-SEM, and/or ACEIT
- MA/MS/MBA degree in relevant fields such as Economics or Business
- Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA®)
