      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Contact clients regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements
      - Respond to customer queries and provide best-in-class customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years of collections experience
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and shift between details and the big picture
      - Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills, comfortable with working towards targets
      - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
