Job Description

- Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process
- Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
- Build an intimate relationship with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakehorlders
- Provide regular reports, information to stakeholders
- Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary
- Manage daily escalations & issues

- Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
- Minimum of 3/5 years’ experience related experience
- You have an Advanced level of English. French & Spanish nice to have.
- Absolute customer focus
- Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP knowledge is a plus.
