      Join our team and become an integral part of our Customer Experience department, where you'll provide essential support and gradually take on greater responsibilities.       Your key responsibilities

      • Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process
      • Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
      • Build an intimate relationship with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakehorlders
      • Provide regular reports, information to stakeholders
      • Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary
      • Manage daily escalations & issues

      You bring

      • Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
      • Minimum of 3/5 years’ experience related experience
      • You have an Advanced level of English. French & Spanish nice to have.
      • Absolute customer focus
      • Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
      • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
      • Knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP knowledge is a plus.
