      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead team members to maximize customer satisfaction with DSPs and Amazon teams, measured by Client Satisfaction scores
      - Respond promptly to inbound DSP communications and manage issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Conduct in-person visits to DSPs to build trust and rapport
      - Provide training and support to DSPs to maximize the utilization of Amerit programs
      - Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance communication frequency with DSPs and recommend process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in customer service or client relations
      - Strong communication and leadership skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
      - Willingness to travel for in-person visits to DSPs as needed
      - Experience in logistics or fleet maintenance preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working with Amazon or related logistics companies
      - Background in process improvement or project management
      - Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics and strategies
      - Ability to work collaboratively across various functions within an organization
