      Job Title: Senior Customer Identity Engineer

      Position Overview:

      The Senior Customer Identity Engineer will be the go-to person for turning business requirements into technical specifications for our Customer Identity programs. The candidate must be analytical, able work well in teams, and capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide Subject Matter Expertise on the Okta solution

      • Provide best practices in the configuration and integration of Okta with corporate applications, some commercial off-the-shelf, and some in-house custom solutions

      • Perform configuration and customization support in the Okta solution

      • Interview application stakeholders / owners

      • Gather and document Identity & Access Management business requirements and formulate design

      • Perform functional and technical duties including system configurations, test coordination

      • Facilitate integration and user testing including documentation of test scenarios and provide oversight of test execution for projects

      • Set up new application, SSO, MFA and OAuth/OIDC configurations in Okta

      • Troubleshoot identity issues with Okta, InsuletID, and customer account provisioning

      • Support ad-hoc system and reporting requests

      • Must have the ability to accurately execute multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment

      • Performs other duties as required

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

      • 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles and/or Identity & Access Management engineering roles

      • Proven ability to provide business analysis related to process improvement

      • Proven ability to propose and implement innovative solutions to create efficiencies, automate workflow, and enhance the customer experience

      Preferred Skills and Competencies:

      • 5+ years working with Cloud IAM services, preferably OKTA or similar, such as PingOne, SecureAuth, OneLogin or on-premise solutions

      • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management capabilities, processes and expectations, especially in a regulated industry such as Medical Devices

      • Experience with Agile software development processes and the tool set required for process implementation, such as the Atlassian suite with JIRA and Confluence

      • Knowledge of networking, RESTful APIs, LDAP, RDBMS, AWS

      • Knowledge of identity protocols/standards such as SAML, OAuth2, Open ID Connect (OIDC), OATH, FIDO, and SCIM

      • Knowledge of Salesforce.com identity, AWS, and .NET is a plus

      • Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing several activities simultaneously

      • Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, and consistently produce deliverables within agreed upon timelines

      • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills are critical

      • Excellent writing skills

      • Ability to work independently & on multiple projects against deadlines

      • Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry a plus

      Physical Requirements:
      • Very little, if any, travel would be required for this position
