Employer is seeking a candidate for a full-time position as a Quality Assurance Auditor. Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits across multiple departments
- Provide feedback and reports on audit results
- Analyze information to reduce errors and improve process performance
- Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) completed within the past 12 months
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Expertise in call center software programs
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work within normal business hours, with occasional overtime or weekend work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service call auditing, preferably in health care
- Claims processing experience
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Must have a dedicated work area that provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
- Must have access to a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or an existing high-speed internet service
Additional Information:
- Salary range for certain states is $18.80 - $36.78, based on factors such as education and experience
