      HALO is looking to add a Senior Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic Strategic Accounts Team. This individual will work in close partnership with multiple Account Executives nationwide, our HALO Operations team and with a large number of Suppliers domestic and international, to facilitate order management from initiation to full completion.


      *** Must be able to work Central Time hours*** If you reside within a 30-mile radius of the Sterling, IL or Oakbrook, IL offices, per company policy, you will be required to work from either of these locations anywhere from 1-3x a week.


      Responsibilities

      • Coordinate with suppliers and their production schedules ensuring the delivery of orders on-time to clients
      • Investigate, resolve and find solutions for customer complaints or order related issues
      • Provide guidance and assistance to the sales team for operational escalations
      • Work with AE’s who have more complex business needs
      • Collaborate with AE/Sales team to establish service level expectations
      • Update project trackers (Smartsheet, Confluence, Google Doc, etc.) as necessary to provide visibility of order status

      Operational Oversight

      • Ensure service levels are met by monitoring work processes
      • Resolve complex problems that are escalated with a balanced approach
      • Manage special projects, company initiatives and other related projects as assigned?

      Teamwork and Collaboration

      • Work with Sales team members (Account Executives) to understand their clients and business needs
      • Establish cross functional collaboration with other departments to ensure orders run smoothly through the system.
      • Understand the full scope of both HALO internal systems and processes, and master updates and changes as they occur ?
