What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a subject matter expert for non-phone related channels of communication with customers
- Write engaging, personalized content for various digital platforms
- Engage with customers via live chat and email in a non-scripted format
- Respond to negative live chat ratings and reviews
- Flag sensitive topics for immediate resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Communications preferred
- 2+ years of experience managing ratings and reviews sites and social media handles
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and flexibility to work weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis management
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms
- Strong organizational skills
