What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer consumer inquiries via phone, email, and letters regarding product information
- Document complaints accurately and handle refund and coupon processing
- Maintain knowledge of brand website information, label information, and product descriptions
- Handle technical product questions and perform follow-ups
- Complete additional duties as assigned by Supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Empathy, patience, and ability to work under pressure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to travel up to 5% based on team and business needs
