Position Summary
Senior Customer Service Representative will be taking incoming and outgoing calls, for all products, and specifically for Fair Cost. Doing investigation and resolving issues with members/clients and providers.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in roles that demand high levels of multitasking and consecutive listening skills.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• 3-5 years of a healthcare background experience
• 3-5 Production driven environment
• Must be tech-savvy: Demonstrated ability to effectively use and adapt to various technologies and software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Excel

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
