      Job Description:

      Responsibilities:
      • Manage customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
      • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns using Rental Results.
      • Track inventory, schedule technicians, and support service orders.
      • Assist with contract updates, billing, and documentation.
      • Collaborate with the branch team to resolve issues and meet customer needs
      • Compile reports and support shop technicians as needed.
      Requirements:
      • High school diploma + 2 years of related experience.
      • Forklift experience preferred.
      • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
      • Comfortable in both office and warehouse settings, with PPE.
