  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Utilize in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Security, Defender, Purview, Intune, and other Microsoft products to enhance and maintain the organization’s security posture
  - Implement and manage cybersecurity methodologies to protect the organization’s digital assets
  - Configure and manage Microsoft security products to ensure optimal performance and security
  - Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
  - Work closely with a small team of cybersecurity professionals to develop and implement security strategies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or five to seven years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  - Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, with a focus on Microsoft products
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  - Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity methodologies and best practices
  - Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to successful completion
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
  - Experience implementing NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) cybersecurity frameworks and guidelines
