      eBay 3PM team works on using ML and AI to ensure the compliance of the eBay marketplace with various regulations and brand protection We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst for our 3PM Shield team, which ensures eCommerce integrity and enhances eBay's trust and safety measures. The role offers flexible hours, emphasizes personal growth, and values collaborative decision-making. You'll transform complex data into clear insights, guide business strategy, and foster data-driven decisions. Additionally, you'll mentor others, enhancing their analytical capabilities.

      What you will accomplish:

      • Translate complex data into clear and relevant insights, ensuring effective communication to collaborators, even on complicated topics.

      • Research, ingest and combine data from different sources that are spread across the organization

      • Analyze user actions on the site and perform in-depth analysis to gain insights into the use of our tools.

      • Conduct analytics on the available data, exploring and uncovering valuable information to drive business growth.

      • Mentor and assist in the improvement of analytical skills for other team members, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and growth.

      • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers to contribute to technical skill development.

      What you will bring:

      • Strong experience in analyzing and interpreting data, possessing the skill to derive relevant insights that drive business decisions.

      • Proficiency in Tableau (or alternative)

      • Comprehensive knowledge of SQL, including query optimization techniques.

      • Familiarity with Python and its applications in data analytics.

      • Good communication skills, empowering presentation of complex data and insights in a clear and understandable manner.

      • Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of B2.
