What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with key stakeholders to translate business objectives into data requirements and actionable insights
- Proactively analyze data to identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Perform statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets
- Collaborate with technology teams and business users to design and deliver data solutions
- Develop clear, compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role with a proven ability to influence business outcomes
- Experience handling sensitive healthcare data and working within compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently frame questions and test hypotheses
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Python for advanced analysis and automation
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation
- Experience with product enhancement analytics and tools such as Mixpanel/Segment
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
