- Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and tools to uncover trends and patterns.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Design and create compelling visualizations that enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement data collection & transformation pipeline.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Provide expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Use data to create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or related role (5 years of experience).
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Snowflake and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Experience working with distributed computing tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for utilizing advanced analytical methods to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data analysis, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently to drive projects to completion.

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,375.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
