      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead collaboration between the Data team and the New User Experience product group to drive strategies that meet company-wide goals
      - Analyze user data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for optimizing product offerings
      - Develop and maintain processes, systems, and analyses that address strategic data questions
      - Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders
      - Guide the design of experiments and contribute to the engineering of new product features

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in analytics, with a track record of progressively complex work and senior roles
      - Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to define strategy and roadmap
      - Experience in B2C technology companies, particularly in user onboarding and monetization analytics
      - Deep understanding of experimental design and statistics for A/B testing
      - Proficiency in SQL and experience working with various data types and sizes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with technologies such as BigQuery/GCP, Fivetran, Looker, and Amplitude
      - Proficient in Python and R for statistical analysis
      - Experience building repeatable data models using dbt
