      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level customer service to internal and external clients regarding clinical trial data, billing, and adverse events
      - Resolve customer issues independently or escalate to senior team members as necessary
      - Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues
      - Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures to manage client requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, healthcare management, or information technology
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment
      - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience utilizing Databricks
      - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
      - Strong knowledge of clinical research principles and practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in the field of oncology
      - Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and HIPAA regulations
