What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into solution requirements
- Facilitate large stakeholder groups and manage the complete requirements lifecycle
- Conduct structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques
- Analyze data and application suites, and solve problems using a collaborative style
- Produce clear and concise Source to Target Mapping Documents with detailed Data Mapping Requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analysis with the ability to drive analysis independently
- Proven ability in Data Profiling
- Hands-on experience in analyzing, identifying, and documenting transformation logic and rules
- Strong skills in writing complex SQL queries
- Experience working in an Agile environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Good to have experience on Snowflake or Databricks
- Knowledge of Data Modeling and exposure to Data Modeling Tools is a plus
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities
