      In this role, you will:

      • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors

      • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

      • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact

      • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines

      • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs

      • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.


      Required Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of Data Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      • 3+ years of Data management, Data Integration, Data Warehouse and BI experience

      • 3+ years of experience with Dev-Ops, CICD Pipeline

      • Strong hands-on experience in SQL, SSIS, SSRS and Python/Spark

      • Experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools relevant for real-time and batch data ingestion, processing and provisioning

      • Strong experience in relational databases, Database design, Data Model development, querying

      • Hands-on experience in SQL Server, Teradata environment and Azure Cloud.

      • Hands on experience in ETL development


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience designing and optimizing complex SQL queries

      • Experience working in operational reporting

      • Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban

      • 2+ years of experience with systems architecture and design

      • 3+ years of experience in building Data APIs/Services

      • Knowledge and understanding of Home Lending
