  This position is 100% work remote with expectations of in office as needed for meetings and trainings.

  What You’ll Do:

  • Technological Prowess: Spearhead the creation of effective technological solutions for handling big data, demonstrating expertise in relational databases.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Work seamlessly within a team of data engineers, providing valuable assistance and contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Remote Flexibility: Enjoy the flexibility of 100% remote work, with occasional in-office commitments for meetings and trainings.

  What You Bring:

  • Database Mastery: 5+ years of experience with relational databases, showcasing expertise in stored procedures, views, database configuration, and fine-tuning.
  • Independent Execution: Proven ability to independently execute tasks, coupled with a keen appetite for continuous learning and openness to new tools.
  • Academic Background: Possess a bachelor’s degree to complement your hands-on experience.
  • Database Setup Wizardry: Experience setting up databases/schemas from scratch with MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL, or a combination.
  • Data Warehousing Guru: Thorough understanding of data marts, data warehouses, and hands-on experience with them.
  • Optimizing Pro: Proficiency in handling large data sets and fine-tuning SQL queries for optimum results.

  • ETL Expertise: Experience with any ETL tools.
  • Cloud Wisdom: Familiarity with AWS.
  • Integration Mastery: Exposure to Snaplogic.
  • NoSQL Know-How: Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
  • Coding Capabilities: Experience with Python coding.
