What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records
- Contact physician's office and clients for refill authorization and order verification
- Process new and refill prescriptions, maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Document correspondence and follow-up in the system
- Provide high standard of customer service to clients and answer incoming calls promptly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per State requirements
- General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
