What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage complex assignments and projects, recommending improvements to processes and workflows
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant data governance, data management, and/or data design experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Proficiency with modern Data Cataloging/Metadata Management tools and MS Office products
- Strong understanding of data management principles and governance frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification such as CDMP, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or other health information management or data governance certification
- Familiarity with data quality tools and techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff and external vendors
