What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identifying governance and policy needs, risks, and solutions
- Leading Data Maturity and/or Data Literacy Assessments
- Producing presentations/deliverables to variety of audiences, including C-suite and executives
- Developing and maintaining a document management strategy for any type of project or client

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field OR Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in complex data or tech engagements
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in enterprise data management, data governance, and data literacy principles
- Experience leading efforts and delivering on measurable goals
- Ability to effectively challenge all levels of an organization to meet data governance objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in data management, data governance, and information management
- Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting industries such as banking, health, biotech, or pharma
- Consulting or client engagement experience
- Experience implementing technology related to Data Quality, AI/ML, and Data Science
