  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Contribute to study design, including sample size estimation and power analysis
  - Develop and review protocols and statistical analysis plans
  - Create and evaluate the data needs of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  - Conduct analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve research problems
  - Present analytic results using data visualization techniques for effective communication
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Master’s Degree in biostatistics, health economics, outcome research, epidemiology, or related fields with a minimum of 5+ years of experience; or PhD with 1+ year experience
  - Experience working with claim data, electronic medical record data, or real-world health data
  - Proven project management skills including stakeholder management and leadership updates
  - Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python
  - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Master’s Degree with a minimum of 7+ years of experience if MS; or PhD with 2+ years of experience in relevant fields
