What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and maintain complex databases with JCL, access methods, and security protocols
- Administer, operate, maintain, and secure large-scale computer databases
- Conduct database quality control, auditing, and validation checks
- Support FPDW and FLIS database integration and data management
- Coordinate database access and security for multiple user environments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of progressive database experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, and MS Access
- 3+ years of hands-on RDBMS experience
- Experience in at least 2 large-scale database projects
- Database vendor certifications (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active DoD TS/SCI or higher clearance
- Demonstrated knowledge of database technologies and programming languages
- Experience with database design and systems integration
