      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytic and consultative support to internal customer areas and external business partners
      - Mentor colleagues on technical and business aspects of projects
      - Lead the implementation of solutions to complex business problems
      - Develop new methods of analysis, database design, and performance measurement
      - Prepare written reports and oral presentations of findings for various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant, progressive experience as a Decision Support Analyst or equivalent training in a business or clinical environment
      - Strong technical skills in mainframe, PC, and Internet-based technologies
      - Proficiency in third-party office and report generation products such as Microsoft Office and Business Objects
      - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field such as Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research
