      The Opportunity

      Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Analyst to join our team. The individual will work with the engineering team to review drawings for drafting best practices and proper application of dimensions and tolerances.

      Additionally, the Senior Design Analyst will:

      • Review tolerance analyses for consistency with manufacturing best practices.
      • Mentor engineers in drafting, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
      • Assist in developing drafting and GD&T training materials, and performing training.

      Qualifications

      • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in drafting or related field is preferred.
      • Work requires job knowledge and skills gained with at least 8 years of engineering design experience.
      • Extensive knowledge of ASME Y14.5 and drafting.
      • High level of customer service, communication skills (oral and written), and attention to detail.
      • Previous exposure to NX and Teamcenter is a plus.
      • Ability to work in a team environment and perform efficiently under pressure.
      • Willing to learn and adaptable with a “can do” attitude.
      • U.S. citizenship is required
      • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
