What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex engagements and work directly with clients and project teams
- Negotiate changes in deliverables and schedules and serve as an escalation point for engineering issues
- Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements
- Provide technical expertise and coordination information
- Oversee and/or develop the Bill of Materials (BOM) and supporting documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate/Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office 365
- 8+ years' experience in Media and Entertainment technical systems designing
- Knowledge of broadcast technology, equipment, facilities, and production systems
- Understanding of TCP/IP routing, ACL's, QoS, VLAN's, and Wireless Access Points
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Media and Entertainment / Broadcast industry
- Knowledge of high-definition, UHD, and HDR video systems
- Familiarity with analog, SDI, and SMPTE 2110 IP transport protocols
