- Assist outside agencies regarding Brand Standards.
- Provides input into the development of the OM Brand standards and ensures that all work is Brand compliant.
- Works with clients to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts and specifications for assigned projects.
- Plans production schedules for various steps in the design process; analyse and projects development costs and develops project budgets and workflow.
- Identifies specialist vendors as appropriate to the project, recommends contractors.
- Oversees the production process.
- Provides technical advice and guidance.
- Supervise other Designers and Desk Top Publishers.
- Shares relevant and important info with team.
- Implements new ideas and devises potential solutions.

- Individually accountable for other's time, tasks and output quality, for periods of up to 3 months.

- Provides technical advice and guidance.
- Degree in Graphic Design/Diploma in Graphic Design from a Technikon or Art School.
- 5 – 7 years’ experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.
- Must have an understanding of digital design, emailers newsletters and Social Media.
