- Collaborating with marketing staff to provide guidance and direction on all assigned projects by recommending design solutions that meet company objectives.
- Helping the Marketing Design Manager mentor and train all Associate and Junior Designers.
- Printing Design (posters, flyers, takeaway cards, invitations, postcards, brochures and indoor/outdoor signage).
- Digital Design (infographics, photo manipulation, logos, icons, web pages, web animations, web graphics, simple video editing and digital signage).
- Managing internal and external webpages using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Developing web graphics such as icons, rotators, banners and ads.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of our internal and external CMS through software manuals, online tutorials, and training sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or a business related field.
- Minimum of four years of graphic design experience at an ad agency or in-house design department.
- Experience updating copy, graphics and URLs within an internal or external website using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Advanced level of expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Job Overview: The candidate for this role will work as a creative member of the marketing team responsible for designing a wide variety of print and digital collateral while adhering to brand standards. The Senior Designer will work collaboratively with marketing leadership to lead assigned projects from concept to execution while adhering to project deadlines and maintaining a high degree of creative quality.
