What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Foster critical relationships with key stakeholders and benefactors
- Draft compelling correspondence to donors and prospects
- Assist with tracking progress with donors and prospects
- Research potential donors in collaboration with the Research Team
- Plan and execute donor meetings and events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum two years of professional work experience
- Experience in fundraising and/or healthcare preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Raiser’s Edge or similar application
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in fundraising or healthcare
- Passion for the mission of the employer
