What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 6 to 8 years of experience in international franchising, ideally in restaurants
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 33% to international countries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in development, M&A, law, operations, finance, or construction/design in the franchising industry
