      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and manage GitOps workflows using Argo CD for automated Kubernetes deployments
      - Leverage Kratix to build and manage internal platform capabilities through a marketplace of composable resources
      - Architect and manage secure, scalable Amazon EKS clusters, ensuring best practices are followed
      - Build CI/CD pipelines integrating Kratix workflows and Argo CD deployment strategies
      - Collaborate with platform and application teams to define and enforce infrastructure-as-code standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with Argo CD and GitOps methodologies
      - Strong knowledge of Kratix and platform engineering concepts
      - Demonstrated experience with Crossplane and Kubernetes-native provisioning models
      - Expertise in creating and maintaining Helm charts for application management
      - Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in multi-tenant Kubernetes or internal developer platform (IDP) environments
      - Familiarity with Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Kubernetes-native security practices
      - Hands-on experience building infrastructure platforms using Crossplane
      - Relevant AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect
      - Previous Federal Consulting Experience
