What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain performance, stability, and continuous delivery of Kubernetes-based infrastructure platforms
- Take ownership of the DevOps-related stack including Kubernetes, GitHub actions, AWS, and Terraform
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with internal stakeholders and team members
- Configure and deploy systems to facilitate efficient code shipping for customers
- Perform tech support for onsite and remote users, including after-hours maintenance as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of IT-related experience
- Strong Linux background with knowledge of containerization technologies
- Enterprise experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical employees
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Development experience with languages such as Python or Bash
- Prior experience with real-time data pipelines and AWS architecture decisions
- Security-related certifications or training
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues including authentication services and network connectivity
