- Suggesting and implementing innovative, user-friendly online communications and digital marketing solutions for internal and external audiences.
- Improving delivery of health and patient information through creative ideas and solutions, focusing on campaigns, staff wellbeing projects, and clinic accessibility.
- Reviewing and enhancing internal communications tools like the WSLHD Intranet and SharePoint integration, with support from a digital communications officer.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of the technologies employed to plan, develop, implement and maintain complex corporate websites, including comprehensive knowledge and experience of web content management system principles and concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in producing a digital marketing campaign or new website in response to a communications or organisational initiative or project.
- Working knowledge of project management principles and the techniques and processes required to manage and coordinate a range of work, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment.
