What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in content management and content strategy, including UI/UX best practice
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing writing and communications
- 4+ years of experience managing and developing professional direct reports
- Experience working in a matrixed, compliance-driven organization
- Advanced or higher level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
- Knowledge of Medicare products and/or Medicare business
- Proven ability to confidently lead, communicate, and influence without authority
