      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a subject matter expert across all digital platforms including live chat, email, and social media
      - Write engaging and personalized content to reflect the brand's voice and engage with customers
      - Respond to customer concerns and negative ratings to ensure resolution and maintain service levels
      - Monitor and evaluate ratings and reviews, escalating sensitive topics to management
      - Assist in training and support for outsourcing partners and internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field preferred
      - 2+ years of experience managing ratings and reviews on social media and e-commerce platforms
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
      - Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
      - Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to type 60+ words per minute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Customer Contact/Call Center environment
      - Familiarity with crisis management and customer engagement strategies
      - Knowledge of digital KPIs such as SLA, CSAT, AHT, and CPH
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
