      About the role

      The Senior Digital Marketing Manager sits within the growth marketing function in the Tyro marketing team.
      As a marketing expert with a deep skill in digital marketing your mission is to use customer insights and analytics to deliver highly effective and efficient full funnel campaign strategies. You will manage a team of 2 (current) to build customer centric campaign plans, messages and offers that cut through to business customers. You will execute and optimise campaigns to drive customer acquisition as well as other marketing metrics.
      Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be a key member of the marketing team responsible for driving Tyro’s growth, fostering a positive culture, and delivering highly valuable solutions to Business customers.

      What you'll do

      • Developing and executing the annual the digital marketing strategy to reach customer acquisition targets across relevant audiences, verticals and products while assisting with brand and other targets that can be achieved via digital marketing.
      • Participating in integrated campaign planning to support Tyro’s tier one / full-funnel campaigns.
      • Owning the end-to-end campaign management process including campaign and creative briefing for digital owned campaigns
      • Setting and management digital campaign calendars, targets and budgets to optimise spend for appropriate CPA
      • Overseeing the use of internal Martech/Adtech tools or digital agencies to coordinate marketing through existing and emerging channels such as, but not limited to, SEO, Paid Search, Display/Programmatic, Affiliates, Paid Social etc
      • Overseeing the management and optimisation of relevant web experiences, content marketing or organic social plans
      • Hold team and self, accountable for results, take charge of reporting and cadences and take action to improve
      • Management of the digital marketing team, actively ensuring growth and development opportunities
      • Onboarding and ongoing management of digital agencies , development and refinement of ways of working ensuring best outcomes
      • Collaborate with other growth stream leads on offers for customers
      • Work closely with the analytics to manage reporting
      • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Product, Sales, Analytics, Digital Channels and Change Operations, Risk and Compliance to effectively perform your tasks
      • Take responsibility of understanding Tyro’s EFTPOS, Banking and other products, the customer experience and end-to-end journey
      • Disseminate updates, news and results

      What you'll bring

      • Bachelor’s Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, or similar discipline
      • Technical digital marketing skills and knowledge in SEO, Paid Search, Display/Programmatic, Affiliates, Paid Social
      • Team management with experience developing others
      • Experience in agencies or working closely with agencies
      • Sound commercial and business acumen with demonstrated experience working with marketing and customer data and reporting
      • Strong understanding of B2B marketing
      • Strong experience in campaign management, customers-centric messaging and offer development
      • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role with both strategy and implementation experience, desirably within the financial services sector
      • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and the ability to influence across all levels
      • Optimistic and inquisitive nature
      • Strong people leadership skills

      Nice to have

      • ADMA or other relevant industry marketing accreditation
      • Understanding of B2B, SME or fintech market in Australia
      • Proficiency in project management including tools such as JIRA and Confluence
      • Management and knowledge of Adobe Adcloud, Flashtalking, Adthena and SEMRush
      • Understanding of Adobe Analytics suite of products and Tableau
