      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives
      - Manage and support content development for various digital platforms, including websites and social media
      - Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads
      - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement
      - Oversee digital marketing projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing
      - Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), HTML, and CSS
      - Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
      - Excellent communication, grammatical, and proofreading skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with email marketing campaigns
      - Familiarity with Sitecore and/or WordPress CMS
      - Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      - Experience with tools like Qualtrics, Formstack, and Jotform
      - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
